We use your name and mobile number to verify your account and manage your bookings. Your saved arenas, bookings, payments, refunds and ticket redemption records support your account and the arena’s operations.

Sessions and payments

HTTP-only cookies maintain your signed-in session. Payment providers process payment details; the marketplace stores provider references and transaction status. Local demo payments are simulations.

Sharing

Authorized arena staff can access the bookings they operate. Authorized administrators can review records for customer support, reconciliation and platform operations. Ticket codes should only be shared with authorized arena staff.

Your controls

You can sign out, remove saved arenas and inspect your booking history from your account. This local MVP notice describes implemented behavior; a production operator must publish its contact, retention and data-rights procedures before public launch.
